- Select the New Hires tab on the Dashboard.
- Select the appropriate new hire Name link.

- Select the Template Name link of the notification template to be used. To narrow your search, choose the appropriate type of notification from the All Types drop-down list.

Select Edit Notification to make any changes, and Select Done when complete.
- Select Send Notification.
Notes:
- The notification must include the data insert for the Invitation URL, Tentative Offer URL, or the Official Offer URL, in order for the new hire to accept, authenticate and begin the onboarding process.
- Offer letters may be sent multiple times until the point the New Hire accepts an offer.
- New Hire users attempting to access an inactive or cancelled record from an Invitation, Tentative Job Offer, or Official Job Offer notification will receive a “No Active Records” message. They will be advised to contact their HR office for assistance.
- The subject line of the Notification letters have a 200-character limit.
