- Select a vacancy.
- Select the Applicant Overview tab.
- Select Create List.
- Choose the appropriate Certificate Type from the drop-down list.
- If appropriate, select the Grade from the drop-down list.
- Select the appropriate Rank By radio button.
- Select the appropriate Priority Order radio button.
- Select the appropriate Refer Method radio button.
- Select the appropriate Order radio button.
- Select the appropriate Filters.
- Choose the appropriate Application Date from the drop-down list.
- Choose the From: Application Date from the drop-down calendar.
- Choose the To: Application Date from the drop-down calendar.
- Toggle on Do not apply "To" filter to 10-pt Vets, if applicable.
- Select Issue Certificate to issue the certificate or Save List if you would like to review the list at a later time.
