Adding a competency from the library to a competency network

Select Admin on the Dashboard.
Select the Manage Competency Network link.
Select the Name of the competency network to be viewed.
Select Competencies.
Select Add from Library from the Add Competencies drop-down list.
Input appropriate Filters.
Select Search.
Input a check next to the desired item(s).
Select Add & Close or Add & Continue.
