The Provisioning Information page is where you input and review information related to the system access required for the selectee.
To access this page, select the appropriate new hire Name link from the New Hires tab, select the Questionnaires tab, and select the Questionnaire Name link for Provisioning Information.
The following items are displayed:
- What is the name of the system (Platform or Application) the new hire needs access to?. This is the systems(s) that new hire needs access to perform their job.
- Where is the system physically located?. This is the location where the system(s) are located.
