The Linked Requests page allows you to review additional requests that have a staffing approach linked to the vacancy. You will also be able to approve requests individually or in mass.
To access this page, select a Vacancy Number from the Vacancies tab and select Linked Requests.
The All Requests table will display all requests associated with a vacancy, including requests waiting for approval. The following elements are displayed:
You can sort any of the columns in this table in ascending or descending order. There is also the ability to filter by Customer, Requester, Request Process Owner, and Workflow and search by Request Number or New Hire name.
- Request Number. This column displays the unique number designated by your agency or an auto-generate request number. The original request used to create the vacancy will be pinned to the top of the table.
- Status. This column displays all request statuses.
- Pay Plan-Series- Grade. This column will display the Pay Plan- Series-Grade assigned to the request.
- Customer. The column will display the request’s customer.
- Requester. This column will display the name of the individual who created the request.
- Request Process Owner. This column will display the name of the individual assigned as the request process owner for the request.
- Workflow. This column displays the workflow selected for the request.
- New Hire. This column will display the New Hire once a selection has been made. Access the New Hire record by selecting the link.
The Awaiting Approval table will display all request pending approval to provide HR Users additional flexibility in managing requests before approving them:

Users can edit or approve requests from this screen.
