Ordering a USA Hire Assessment

1. Select a vacancy.
2. Select the Applicant Overview tab.
3. Select the appropriate applicant Name link.
4. Select the Applicant Options icon.
5. Select Order USA Hire Assessments.
   
   
    
6. Select the appropriate Order Type Existing (Retain Assessment Window) or New (Create Assessment Window).
7. Enter the Assessment Start Date.
8. Enter the Assessment End Date. Note: The default setting for the external assessment open and close dates remains the announcement open date and two days beyond the announcement close date. An HR User only needs to modify these dates in the assessment package if using dates other than the default.
   
   
    
9. Select Order.
