Viewing assessment competencies

Select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard.
Select the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section.
Select the Assessment Package tab.
Select Assessment Plan.
Select the Assessment Name link.
Select Competencies.
