The Add Screen-Out pop-up box is where you create a screen-out for your assessment questionnaire item.
To access this pop-up box, select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard, select the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section, select the Assessment Package tab, select Assessment Plan, select the Assessment Name link, an assessment specific tab will display, select Screen-Out Criteria, and select Add Screen-Out Criteria.
The elements displayed are:
- Name. This is where you enter the name of the screen-out item.
- Apply Screen-Out to Rating Combinations. A check in this box indicates the series and grade(s) associated with the screen-out item.
- Ineligibility Code. This drop-down list allows you to assign an ineligibility code to the screen-out item.
- Add Item. This button allows you to add additional items to use as screen-outs in your questionnaire.
- Item. This drop-down list defaults to question one in your assessment questionnaire and allows you to change the item to be used as a screen-out.
- Response Options. A check in this box indicates response is a non-qualifying response and will be used as a screen-out. For instructions, see: Adding a screen-out.
