As a security measure, USA Staffing monitors your session to ensure it remains active. If your session is inactive for a period of 15 minutes, the system automatically times out. One minute before the system times out, you will receive a pop-up message to verify you are still working. Select Stay Connected to keep the session active and reset the time limit.
Once the system has timed out, no further work can be done until you log in again. To keep your session active, you must be doing more than just typing. You need to navigate at least once every 15 minutes on a menu item that refreshes a page such as: Save or Cancel. If you are typing a large section in your announcement, make sure you select Save often.
