The Review Assignments page is where you enter the instructions for the Hiring Manager or user related to the review.
To access this page, select Classification on the top menu to open the Position Descriptions tab, select the Position Description Number link, select the gear icon and select Manage Reviews from the drop-down list, select the Review Name link, and select the Review Assignments tab.
The following elements are displayed:
- Add Reviewer. Selecting this button allows you to add reviewer(s) to the review. For instructions, see: Adding a reviewer to a PD review
- + icon. Selecting this icon displays the type of review that has been created and the current status of the review.

Status. This column table displays a visual indicator for the status of the review. The options are:
- Incomplete. this status will be displayed as a red X.
- Complete. This status will be displayed as a green check mark.
- Reviewer Name. This column displays the name of the reviewer.
- Phone. This column displays the telephone number of the reviewer.
- Email. This column displays the email address of the reviewer.
- Return to HR. A check in this box indicates the reviewer has permission to return the review to HR.
- Allow Authorization. A check in this box indicates the reviewer has permissions to authorize the PD. Only one reviewer may be included on a PD Review when Authorization is allowed.

. This icon allows you to remove a reviewer from the review.
- Save. This button allows you to save the review.
- Send Review. This button allows you to send the review to the assigned Hiring Manager(s) for review. This button also allows you to resend the review to the reviewer(s).
- Recall Review. This button allows you to recall a review in sent status.
