The Notification History page is where you can view a history of notifications sent to a new hire.
The number to the right indicates how many notifications have been sent. To access this tab, select the appropriate new hire Name link from the New Hires tab, select Overview and select Notification History.
The following elements are displayed:
- Template Name. This is the name of the notification template.
- Template Type. This is the type of notification template.
- Date Sent. This is the date the notification was sent.
- Sender. This is the user who sent the notification.
- Recipients. This displays anyone who was copied on the notification.
- Email Subject. This is the subject of the notification.

View Content. select one of the options to view the notification sent to the new hire.
- HTML. selecting this link will open an HTML preview of the notification letter, just as the new hire received it.
- PDF. selecting this link will open a printable PDF of the notification letter. For instructions, see: Printing new hire notifications.
- View Attachments. This displays any attachments that were sent with the notification. select one of the hyperlinked file names to view the attachment sent to the new hire.
