- Select the New Hires tab on the Dashboard.
- Select the appropriate new hire Name link.
- Select Forms.
- Select the appropriate Form Name link.
- The following message displays “Verify you are able to view the generated PDF form by selecting Confirm. If you cannot see the PDF form in the window above, please view our online help to troubleshoot the issue.”

Select Confirm.
- Select Return for New Hire Signature.
- The following message displays, “You have chosen to return this form to the New Hire to collect an additional signature. Are you sure you want to perform this action?”
- Select Return Form.
- The Preview Notification pop-up box will display.
- Select Edit Template to make changes to the notification.
- Select Done or
- Select Send Notification.
