Replacing an announcement template

1. Select an announcement.
2. Select Announcement Text.
3. Select the Announcement Text Options icon to the right of Announcement Text.
   
   
   
4. Select Choose Template from the drop-down list. For additional information, see: Choose Template.
5. The following warning message displays: “By selecting a new announcement template, all changes made to the Announcement Text page will be lost. Are you sure you would like to proceed?”
6. Select Proceed.
7. The Choose Template pop-up box displays.
    
8. Select the Template Name link to select a template. The Choose Template pop-up box automatically closes and the contents of the template are displayed on the Announcement Text page.
