The system remembers the last ten vacancies, requests and/or new hire records you have accessed and allows you to view these by selecting another number from either the Dashboard, Vacancy, Request, New Hire drop-down lists. When you place your mouse over a vacancy or request number, you can see the position title for that vacancy or request and the date/time it was last accessed.
Each time you open a new vacancy, request, or new hire, its number is added to the list. A combination of up to ten vacancies, requests, new hires accessed will be displayed and available every time you log back into the system.
