The Application page allows you to review and modify an applicant’s Biographic Information, Eligibilities and Preferences, and any agency specific created sections in the Announcement Questionnaire Responses section. The number at the top of the table indicates total number of items in the combined sections.
To access this page, select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard, select the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section, and select the Applicant Overview tab. Select an applicant record by selecting the applicant name link and select Application.
The following elements are displayed:
- Biographic Information. This is where the applicant’s biographic information provided in the online questionnaire is stored. The number to the right indicates the total number of items available. For instructions, see: Updating applicant biographic information.
- Eligibilities. This is where the eligibilities selected for the Vacancy are listed along with the applicant responses. The number to the right indicates the total number of items available. For instructions, see: Adjudicating applicant eligibilities.
- Preferences. This is where applicant preferences such as Locations, Lowest Acceptable Grade, and Series are displayed. The number to the right indicates the total number of items available.
