- Select Admin or Classification on the Dashboard.
- Select the Manage Position Descriptions link.
- Select the appropriate Position Description Number link.
- Select Documents.
- Drag and Drop a file from a chosen location. Or
- Select Choose File to choose the appropriate document(s).
- Drag and Drop or choose up to 5 files at a time.
- Select Upload.
- Select Documents again to exit.
Notes:
- This is where you can add any documents that pertain to the PD, this can include the exported Position Description generated from USA Class.
- The file size must be 5MB or less and the acceptable formats are non-encrypted CSV, Excel file (XLS, XLSX), GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, TXT, RTF, PDF, or Word file (DOC, DOCX).
- Document File Name must not contain special characters other than ampersands, apostrophes, hyphens, and underscores.
