The Manage Assignments page is where you create, view and sort assignments associated with a vacancy.
To access this tab, select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard, select the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section, select the Applicant Overview, and select the Manage Assignments tab. This tab is only available when one or more applicants have applied to the vacancy.
The following elements are displayed:
- History. This button displays a record of actions completed on the workload assignment; including the name of the user, action or change made, and the date and time it occurred.

Show/Hide Filter. This icon allows you to show or hide the Filters used to create a workload assignment.
- Gray Box. A check-mark in this box allows you to create a workload assignment.
- Name. This column displays the name of the applicant.
- Rating. This column displays the rating of the applicant.
- Owner. This column displays the owner of the HR User for the workload assignment.
- Due Date. This column displays the due date for the workload assignment.
- Follow-up. This icon allows you to flag an applicant for follow-up. For instructions, see: Designating an applicant for follow-up.
- Reviewed. This icon allows you to flag an applicant as reviewed. An orange warning message will display to let HR users know when a change has been made to an applicant record after the record has been marked Reviewed. For instructions, see: Designating an applicant as reviewed.
- Pinned. This icon allows you to flag an applicant as pinned. For instructions, see: Designating an applicant as pinned.
- Number of applicants per page. This dropdown allows you to configure number of applicants shown per page. The options are 25, 50, or 100. The default is 25.
- Go to page:. This field will display when viewing an applicant list with multiple pages. Entering a page number will take you to the selected page.
- Owner. This dropdown allows you to filter on the owner of the workload assignment.

Assignment Completion Status. This dropdown allows you to filter on the assignment completion status workload assignment. The available options are:
- All Statuses
- Incomplete
- Complete
- Gray Box. A check-mark in this box allows you to complete the assignment or to update the workload assignment.
- Assignment Name. This column displays the name of the workload assignment.
- Owner. This column displays the owner of the HR User for the workload assignment.
- Due Date. This column displays the due date for the workload assignment.
- Progress. This column displays the number applicant reviewed out of number on the assignment.
