Release 25.09 - 9/3/2025

• Added a Text Alert toggle to the Tentative Offer section on the Onboarding Information page, which is set based on the Customer default setting described above. Users can manually enable or disable this option for new hire records created from a Certificate at any time until the Tentative Offer notification is initially sent. All changes are captured in History. Note: If the new hire is not associated with a Certificate or the Tentative Offer has already been sent, users will not have the option to change this setting (the toggle will be grayed out).

• Text alerts sent to new hires associated with a certificate with the Text Alert toggle enabled at the time the Tentative Offer notification is sent, and who have opted into receiving text alerts within their USAJOBS profile, will include the following information:
  • New Hire First Name
  • New Hire Agency/Department
  • Shortened Tentative Offer URL
  • Reply STOP to opt out

Release 25.04 - 2/13/2025

• Updated the Onboard help content platform and migrated content to a new software named Zendesk for improved user experience. New hires will benefit from faster page loads, enhanced navigation, higher-resolution images, and improved search capabilities when accessing online help from the Onboard interface.

Added hyperlinks to the email and phone fields in the Contact Us modal within the Onboard interface, which allows new hires to instantly call or email their point of contact via their default email or phone application.

Release 25.02 - 11/14/2024

• Added the Duty Location, Salary, and New Hire Email Address fields to the Tentative and Official Offer new hire offer acceptance pages. These fields will be populated from the new hire Position Information Questionnaire. If an item is not responded to in the questionnaire, it will not populate on the landing page. Instead, it will state "Review emailed job offer for full details."
