Release 26.22 - 7/23/2026
Added the ability for HR users with Reset New Hire Authentication permission to clear the existing login.gov authentication association from a new hire record. When the reset action is confirmed, the system removes the login.gov authentication association and re-prompts the new hire to accept the job offer. The new hire record remains active, and existing onboarding data is unchanged. A History record is added including the HR user who reset the authentication and the date and time it was completed.
After the authentication association is cleared, the new hire must re-authenticate through login.gov and accept the job offer again. After successful authentication, the new login.gov authentication is associated with the new hire record.
Note: If the reset action cannot be completed, the system displays an error message and the existing login.gov authentication remains unchanged.
New Hire Records
Added the Personnel Action Details section to New Hire records. NOA, LAC #1 and LAC #2 are editable in Active, Inactive, and Complete statuses and are read-only when the record is Cancelled.
