Retiring a published assessment package template

1. Select Admin on the Dashboard.
2. Select the Manage Assessment Package Templates link.
3. Select the appropriate published Assessment Package Template Name link.
4. Select Unpublish Template, if applicable.
   
   
5. Select Delete Template.
6. The following confirmation message displays: The current Assessment Package Template is the source for another Assessment Package or Vacancy and can only be Retired. Are you sure you want to continue?
   
   
   
7. Select Retire Template.

Note: Only templates that have been used will be Retired. Templates that have not been used will be permanently deleted.
