- Select Admin on the Dashboard.
- Select the Manage Assessment Package Templates link.
- Select Create Template.
- Enter the Template Name or select Generate Name.
- Choose the Owning Office from the drop-down list.
- Choose the Tags from the drop-down list.
- Enter the Template Description.
- Place a check in the Interdisciplinary box if applicable.
- Place a check in the External box if applicable.
- Enter the Position Description #.
- Enter the Position Title.
- Choose a Pay Plan from the drop-down list.
- Choose a Series from the drop-down list.
- Choose the Grade(s) from the drop-down list. To remove a grade, select the X icon.
- Select the + sign under the Specialties column and enter each specialty one at a time. To remove a specialty, select the X icon.
- Select Save.
- Select Assessment Plan.
