- Select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard.
- Select the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section.
- Select the Assessment Package tab. For instructions, see: Opening a tab.
- Select Assessment Package tab. The Minimum Qualifications decision modal displays.
- Select Create a new occupational questionnaire.
- Enter the Assessment Name.
- Choose the Assessment Type from the drop-down list.
- Choose the Assessment Method from the drop-down list.
- Toggle off the Screen-out purpose, if the assessment will not be used to screen-out applicants.
- Toggle on the Rating purpose, if the assessment will be used for scoring purposes.
- Toggle on the Passing Score, if the assessment will be used for passing score purposes.
- Select Quality Ranking Factor, if applicable.
- Select Selective Factor, if applicable.
- Choose the Rating Method from the drop-down list. Note: For the Weight Based Rating Method you will also need to select a type of Scoring from the drop-down list.
- Choose the Scoring method from the drop-down list, if applicable.
- Choose the Owner from the drop-down list, if applicable.
- Choose the Hurdle from the drop-down list, if applicable.
- Select Save.
