Creating an assessment package without an assessment questionnaire

  1. Select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard.
  2. Select the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section.
  3. Select the Assessment Package tab. For instructions, see: Opening a tab.

  4. On the Assessment Plan page, select I do not want to screen for qualifications.

  5. The system determines if additional assessments are available, if applicable. Select I do not want to use a USA Hire assessment.

  6. The system determines if additional assessments are available, if applicable. Select I do not want to use an assessment.

  7. You will be returned to the Assessment Plan Page. To complete the Assessment Plan with no assessment, select Checklist.

  8. Toggle on No Assessment Required to complete your Assessment Package.


     

  9. The system will refresh, then the Assessment Package Complete toggle will appear.
