Creating an assessment package with a screen-out only assessment questionnaire

  1. Select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard.
  2. Select the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section.
  3. Select the Assessment Package tab. For instructions, see: Opening a tab.
  4. The Minimum Qualifications decision modal displays.
    Choose Assessment Path Pop up
     
  5. Select Create a new occupational questionnaire.
  6. Enter the Assessment Name.
  7. Toggle on the Screen-out purpose.
  8. Toggle off the Rating purpose.
  9. Choose the Owner from the drop-down list, if applicable. Screen Out Only Assessment toggle
     
  10. Choose the Assessment Type from the drop-down list.
  11. Choose the Rating Method from the drop-down list. Note: For the Weight Based Rating Method you will also need to select a type of Scoring from the drop-down list.
  12. Select Save.
  13. Add a minimum qualification item to the assessment.
  14. Add a screen-out.
  15. Select the Assessment Package Tab.
  16. Select Assessment Plan.
  17. Uncheck Rating. No Rating assessment plan
     
  18. Test your assessment
  19. Select Complete Assessment Package, on the Checklist page.
