Copying an assessment package from a vacancy

1. Select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard.
2. Select the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section.
3. Select the Assessment Package tab. The Choose Assessment Path pop-up displays.
4. Select Copy from an existing Vacancy.
   
    
5. The Vacancy Search displays with default values. If necessary, make edits to locate the correct Vacancy for your position.

6. Select Search.

   
    

7. Select Preview or select the appropriate Vacancy Number link.
8. The following confirmation message displays: “Are you sure you want to copy this assessment package?”
9. Select Copy Assessment Package.
10. A Copy Assessment Package Template message displays indicating the copy completed successfully.
11. Select Done.

Note: Search results will exclude vacancies that are expired, contain ACWA Assessments, or have an Assessment Package in incomplete status.
