- Select Admin on the Dashboard.
- Select the Manage Notification Templates.
- Select Create Template.
- Enter the Template Name.
- Enter the Template Description.
- Choose the Notification Purpose from the drop-down list.
- Choose the Notification Type from the drop-down list.
- Choose the Notification Reply To Option from the drop-down list, if applicable.
- Choose the Owning Office from the drop-down list.
- Choose Tags from the drop-down list, if applicable.
- Enter customized text to be displayed in the Subject Line of your notification template. This field has a 200 character limit.
- Enter customized text and/or drag and drop the appropriate Available Data Inserts to be displayed in the Body Text of your notification template. The available data inserts are dragged and dropped from the right side of the template page.
- Toggle on/off the Display Agency CPDF Logo, as appropriate.
- Select Save.
Note: If a template uses a chooseion for Notification Reply To Option for which the conditions do not match what is set in the template is chosen, the Reply To field will populate the email of the notification sender.
