- Select Admin on the Dashboard.
- Select the Manage Workflows link.
- Select Create Workflow.
- Enter the workflow template Name.
- Choose the Purpose from the drop-down list.
- Choose the Request Type from the drop-down list, if the purpose is Staffing.
- Enter the Time-to-Hire Goal, if applicable.
- Choose the Owning Office from the drop-down list.
- Choose the appropriate Tags from the drop-down list.
- Select Save.
- Select Workflow Activities.
- Select Add Task. The Add Tasks pop-up will display.
- Place a check in the box next to the appropriate Task Name.
- Select Add Task.
- Select the + in Task Rules.
- Check the box to the left of the rule to edit.
- Select Add Rules.
- Repeat if applicable.
- Select Workflow Properties.
- Select Publish.
Note: Task rules are not required. However, if you do not set any rules, then all tasks will be due on the day the workflow is assigned.
