- Select a vacancy.
- Select the Applicant Overview tab.
- Select the appropriate applicant Name link.
- Select Documents.
- Select the Gear icon next to the document to be changed.
- Enter the Document Name.
- Choose the Document Type from the drop-down list.
- Enter the page number(s) to be separated.
- Select Separate Pages.
- Select Documents to close the pop-up box.
