Adding an announcement item bundle

1. Select an announcement.
2. Select Announcement Questionnaire.
3. Select Add to Eligibilities or Add to Preferences to display the drop-down list.
4. Select Bundle.
5. Use Filter/Sort to narrow down the list, if applicable.
6. Toggle on the Bundle Name to add.
7. Select Add Selected.
