Adding instructions to an announcement questionnaire item

1. Select an announcement.
2. Select Announcement Questionnaire.
3. Select Add to Eligibilities or Add to Preferences to display the drop-down list.
   
   
4. Select Instructions.
5. Enter the Instruction Text as it will appear to the applicant in the online application.
   
   
   
6. Select Add.
