Adding instructions to an assessment questionnaire

Updated
  1. Open the assessment questionnaire.
  2. Select Add to Questionnaire and choose Instructions from the drop-down list. Open Assessment Questionnaire

  3. Enter the Instructions Text. Core- Add Questionnaire Instructions.png

  4. Select Save & Close.
