Deleting an assessment questionnaire item

Updated
  1. Open the assessment questionnaire.
  2. Place a check in the box for the item to delete.  Delete Assessment Questionnaire Item

  3. Select Delete.
  4. The following confirmation message displays: “Are you sure you want to delete the selected items?”
  5. Select Delete Item.
