Adding an item to an assessment questionnaire from the competency library

  1. Open the assessment questionnaire.
  2. Select Add to Questionnaire and choose Add from Library from the drop-down list. Add Item to questionnaire from competency library
     
  3. Apply Item Filters, as necessary.
  4. Choose the competency from the Any Competency drop-down list.
  5. Select Search to display only items associated with the competency selected.
  6. Enter a checkmark in the gray box for the Item Stem(s) to be added to the Assessment Questionnaire.
  7. Select Add & Close.
