Adding a question screen-out to an announcement questionnaire item

  1. Select an announcement.
  2. Select Announcement Questionnaire.
  3. Select Add Screen-Out.Announcement - Adding quesetion screenout to announcement quesitonnaire item
  4. Select Add Question Screen-Out from the drop-down list.
  5. Enter the Name of your screen-out.
  6. If necessary, un-check the appropriate Apply Screen-Out to Rating Combinations.
  7. Select an Ineligibility Code from the drop-down list.
  8. Select Add Item.
  9. Select an available item from the Item drop-down list
  10. Toggle on or off the appropriate qualifying and disqualifying response(s).
  11. Repeat these steps to add additional items to the screen-out.Announcement - Add announcement questionnaire screen-outs
  12. Select Save Screen-out.
