- Select a vacancy.
- Select the + tab and select Certificates to access the list of certificates issued for the vacancy.
- Select the Certificate Number link.

Place a check in the Gray box for applicants to be audited or the Select all applicants on this page box.
- Select Audit.
- The Audit Application pop-up box will display.
- Choose an Audit Code.

Choose a Return Status.
- Choose a Customer.
- Choose a Request Number.
- Choose a Location, if applicable.
- Choose a Workflow, if applicable.
- Choose a Position Description Number, if applicable.
- Choose a Series, if applicable.
- Select Save or Save and Close . The following confirmation message may display: "All applicants have an Audit Code and Return Status. Once the certificate audit is completed, applicants cannot be added or removed. Would you like to complete the Certificate Audit?".
- Select Complete to mark the audit complete or Do Not Complete to retain the ability to amend the certificate.
Notes:
- When auditing a Selected Applicant, for the system to create a New Hire record, all audit fields are required, and the Workflow assigned must include "Verify the New Hire Arrived for their First Day of Duty".
- When the Return Status is Vetting, all the fields are required except the Request Number.
