The Job Analysis page is where you document the resources referenced and the specific outputs of your job analysis used to create the assessment. Accurate documentation is important for later reconstruction and to support the validity of the assessment if it is questioned or challenged.
To access this page, select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Requests tab on the Dashboard, select the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section, select the Assessment Package tab, and select Job Analysis. If this tab is not open, see: Opening a tab. Alternatively, you can select a Complete Assessment Package task from the Tasks tab on the Dashboard. Note: This page is also a part of Manage Assessment Package Templates in the Templates section within Admin to be used when creating an Assessment Package template.
Additional drop-downs may be available depending on the sources and outputs selected.
