Changing the applicant order on an issued certificate

1. Select a certificate.

2. Toggle on Amend Certificate.

   

3. Input the appropriate Order .
4. Select the Save order for applicant button.
5. The following confirmation message displays: "Are you sure you want to reorder this application?".
6. Select Reorder.

Notes:

• If a review has been created for the certificate, a new review is not necessary after reordering applicant list on an issued certificate. Applicant order cannot be rearranged on a certificate that has had the Certificate Audit Complete toggled on.
• Applicants cannot be amended (i.e., added, removed, or reordered) within an expired certificate.
• The Amend Certificate toggle will not be available if has been marked as Audit Is Complete.
