The Review Ratings page is where you review and update the scoring information provided from the panel review, as well as the reviewers, final scores and minimum qualification determination from the reviewer(s).
To access this page, View a vacancy, select the + tab, select Reviews from the drop-down list, select the Review Name link, and select Stored List Name.
The following elements are displayed:
- Gray Box options. A check in this box allows you to override ratings, add notes or print documents for a particular applicant or multiple applicants.

View Applicant Record. Selecting the + icon provides access to a condensed view of the panel review results.

- Current Minimum Qualification
- Name. This column displays the name of the applicant. Access an applicant by selecting the link.
- Documents. The number in the drop-down list indicates the number of documents submitted by the applicant. Selecting the arrow to the right to displays a pop-up window listing all of the documents.
- Notes. The number in the drop-down list indicates the number of notes related to the applicant record. The drop-down list allows you to add or review notes specific to the applicant. Along with the note, the system saves the full name of the user who added the note, date, and time the note was added.
- App Received. This column displays date the application was received.
- Override Applicant Score. This button allows the HR user to apply the scores received from the Panel Reviewers. For instructions, see: Overriding multiple applicants rating based on panel recommendation or Overriding an applicant rating based on panel recommendation.
- Go to page:. This field will display when viewing an applicant list with multiple pages. Entering a page number will take you to the selected page.
