- Select Admin on the Dashboard.
- Select the Manage Customers link in the Maintenance section to open the Customer Admin tab.
- Choose the appropriate organization from the All CPDF Organizations drop-down list to filter customers by a specific organization.
- Choose the appropriate agency from All CPDF Agencies drop-down list to filter customers by a specific agency.
- Choose the appropriate office from the All Organizations drop-down list to filter customers by organization.
- Choose the appropriate office from the All Offices drop-down list to filter customers by office.
- The customers will update as each new filter is applied.
