Retiring a customer

1. Select a customer.
2. Select Retire.
3. The following confirmation message displays: "Are you sure you want to retire this customer?".
4. Select Retire.

Note: If the Customer is not associated with work in the system, the record will permanently deleted. For more information, see Deleting a customer.
