- Select Admin on the Dashboard.
- Select the Manage Customer link.
- Use the toggle for Show Retired Customers.
- Select the Customer Name link for the item to be reactivated.
- Select Reactivate.
- The following confirmation message displays: "Are you sure you want to reactivate this customer?".
- Select Reactivate.
